Minh has posted an interesting tidbit in the HelpSpot forums. His installation currently gets over 100 spams a day and HelpSpot is running at 99% accuracy in identifying them. Excellent!

He also has an issue due to the number he receives and I'm going to work on fixing that up shortly.
